Are you a 8th-12th grader with a passion for STEM and a knack for making things happen? Do you want to shape the future of a vibrant community for aspiring engineers? We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated students to join the SWENext Leadership Team!

This isn't just about joining a club; it's about building one. As a leader, you'll be instrumental in:

• Creating a Thriving Community: Help foster a local environment where young women excited about engineering and technology can connect, learn, and grow.

• Curating Valuable Resources: Take charge in collecting and sharing essential resources for college prep, scholarship opportunities (including national SWE scholarships and local professional section awards!), high school internships, and FAFSA guidance.

• Developing Your Leadership Skills: This is your chance to hone crucial skills in planning, executing projects, effective communication, and "breaking down the problem" – all invaluable for college and beyond.

• Prioritizing Hands-On Learning: Be the driving force behind planning and executing exciting, hands-on STEM activities that make our meetings fun and impactful.
