FIRST Tech Challenge Waitlist for 2027-2028

For students entering 8th - 12th grade. Please use the grade your student will enter in the fall of 2027. 

For students in grades 8-12, the goal of a FIRST Tech Challenge team is to design, build, program, and compete in robotics competitions. In addition, we aim to build a successful team that has fun learning about robotics and programming in a way that exemplifies the FIRST value of Gracious Professionalism, which encourages high-quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community.

Please note: Due to the large number of students moving up from our FLL Programs, vacant spots in FIRST Tech Challenge for students new to Broomfield STEM are rare. If your student has an opportunity to participate in another STEM program outside of Broomfield STEM, we strongly suggest you take that opportunity instead of waiting for a spot with us. That being said, please feel free to add your student's name to our waitlist and we will contact you if a spot on one of our teams becomes available.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to try to welcome all students to our programs.
